Self Reporting or Applying: States that allow an attorney to apply or self-report CLE credit are: Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.Attorneys who participate in a Select Counsel course who desire CLE credit for the jurisdictions listed above, need to apply/report directly with that state. Information on how to report to your state along with a Select Counsel Certificate of Attendance will be provided upon completion of the course.
